Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 5 HR professionals, ensuring collaboration and achievement of departmental goals.
Handle all HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, terminations, position changes, and personnel transactions according to labor laws and company policies.
Conduct HR audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare internal and external HR reports.
Support HR systems development, digitalization initiatives, and automation; improve self-service applications for employees.
Collaborate with Group Office and maintain communication with government authorities on HR matters.
Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or Labour Law.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience and at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Upper-Intermediate English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of 1C ZUP and SAP systems.
