Novartis Kazakhstan announces recruitment for the position of HR Specialist.
Temporary outsourcing contract.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Managing the full cycle of HR administration for employees in the 5 markets;
• Maintaining employee personal files and an electronic database/archive;
• Processing records and documentation on employee timesheets, hiring, and termination in accordance with legal requirements;
• Preparing, developing, and amending job descriptions, and ensuring their timely signing with employees;
• Preparing and timely updating of HR policies and procedures;
• Coordinating the agency in the printing and archiving of all HR documents;
• Preparing all necessary reports and statistics;
• Administering health insurance;
• Administering occupational health and safety;
• Payroll administration;
• Coordinating the monthly closing process, including preparation of accruals, submission of NFCM controls;
• Preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports to government bodies;
• Recruitment: implementing the recruitment process in accordance with internal needs for specialist and managerial positions, as well as organizing the hiring and onboarding process for new employees;
• Training: Participation in training needs analysis, organization and administration of the training process, and processing of related documentation;
• C&B administration — consolidation and data entry;
• Employee events — be part of event team;
• Administration of the internal HR system (Workday);
• Review of payment documents from HR service providers;
• Monitoring payments to service providers;
• Preparation, translation, and sending of internal communications;
• Amendments and approval of internal policies and procedures;
• Communication with local agencies on HR and payroll matters in the 5 markets;
• Review and approval of contracts with HR service providers;
• Coordination of new HR supplier onboarding;
• Creation of POs (purchase orders) for HR requests;
• Preparing and submitting visa documents for employees;
• Submitting arrival notifications for non-resident employees;
• Administering groups for corporate mailing lists (adding new employees, removing resigned employees);
• Administering training sessions and workshops;
• Carrying out other assignments as assigned by company management.
