HR & Administrative Specialist (Kazakh & English Speaker)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Administrative Specialist to join our team and provide both HR and executive administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative support to top management (calendar management, meetings, travel arrangements).
• Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and personnel records in compliance with local legislation.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups.
• Manage business correspondence in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• Work with ERP/HR systems and maintain accurate data.
• Support HR team with various projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role.
• Good knowledge of HR administration and personnel documentation (KDP).
• Fluency in Kazakh and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
