Responsibilities:
• HR administration and documentation
• Drafting employment contracts and HR policies
• Legal support on labor law matters
• Managing work permits and supporting expatriate employees
Requirements:
• Higher education (Tajikistan)
• Solid knowledge of Labor Law of the Republic of Tajikistan
• Proven experience with work permits (must-have)
• Languages: Tajik (fluent), Russian (fluent), English (fluent)
