We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join an international company and provide legal support across various business functions, including Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations

This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong commercial contract experience who enjoys working with legal documentation, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can effectively balance legal risk management with practical business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and related legal documentation
• Identify legal risks and provide practical risk mitigation solutions
• Participate in contract negotiations with counterparties and external stakeholders
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and legal analyses
• Provide day-to-day legal support to business functions on operational matters
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting business operations
• Support corporate governance activities and maintenance of corporate documentation
• Assist with licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Support compliance initiatives, internal audits, and investigations when required
• Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations teams
• Support local and international business projects and transactions
• Maintain legal templates, contract repositories, and document management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in an international company and/or law firm
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Good knowledge of commercial, contract, corporate, and civil law
• Strong legal analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
