Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs for Passenger Handling personnel
Develop and maintain training schedules, records, and certification tracking
Conduct and support classroom and practical training sessions
Research and coordinate external training providers in Kazakhstan and abroad
Monitor compliance with national and international passenger service standards
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and internal procedures
Coordinate training-related procurement requests and service agreements
Analyze training needs and support employee development initiatives
Maintain accurate training documentation and reporting
Higher education
Minimum 3 years of overall work experience
At least 2 years of experience in aviation, training coordination, passenger services, or a related field
Knowledge of airline passenger handling processes and aviation regulations
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in training administration or personnel development is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good command of Kazakh and English
