Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

What you need to know about this position:
You will support the execution of brand plans, NPD launches, NCP & TM activations and commercial programs across assigned brands.The role includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams: Sales, CP&A, PCM, Demand, Finance and external agencies.You will participate in the development of communication and activation materials.You will be responsible for monitoring category/brands performance, competitive environment through Nielsen data base and providing analytical insights.You will support internal approval processes of price list activation and ensure timely execution of tasks.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong multitasking, attention to detail and ownership of projects.What extra ingredients you will bring:

Higher education in Marketing, Management, Economics, Sociology or Advertising.English — Advanced level (written and spoken).Job specific requirements:
1–2 years of experience in brand marketing in FMCG (preferred but not mandatory).Good understanding of consumer goods market dynamics, shopper behavior and brand fundamentals.Ability to work with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) confidently.Experience with research tools (Nielsen) is a plus.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines and project workflows.Accuracy in budgeting, reporting and adherence to internal policies.Ability to support multiple brands or projects simultaneously under the guidance of a line manager.N.B! The role is a fixed-term assignment (min 1 year), as maternity leave cover!
