Our client, a large international company operating in the consumer goods sector, is seeking an experienced Group Brand Marketing Manager to lead a portfolio of well-established brands and drive sustainable long-term growth.
The role combines strategic brand leadership, portfolio and P&L management, team leadership, and the development of integrated marketing and communication strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to strengthen brand positions, deliver business results.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage a portfolio of consumer brands within a defined category
Own full portfolio and P&L management, including financial analysis and performance-driven recommendations
Manage and develop a team, including performance reviews, coaching, talent development, and workload planning
Provide strategic leadership and people management, including resource planning, hiring, training, budgeting, and performance management
Strengthen market positions of assigned brands and categories through clear strategic direction
Develop insight-driven brand strategies and long-term growth plans
Analyze consumer, competitor, and market data to identify opportunities and create category recommendations
Monitor marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness
Develop mid- to long-term plans aligned with category and business targets
Prepare budget proposals and ensure effective planning and cost control
Lead the development of marketing and communication campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners
Candidate profile:
University degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluent English
6+ years of experience in Brand Management (preferably in FMCG or Pharma)
2+ years of experience in a senior brand or equivalent leadership role
2+ years of people management experience
Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Category Management is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven, strategic mindset
Solid experience in P&L management
Advanced user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies with measurable business impact
Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach
