Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in trade marketing, BTL marketing preferably within the consumer goods industry (RETAIL)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset and ability to think strategically to develop innovative trade marketing solutions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of retail and distribution channels, merchandising principles, and trade marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans to support the company's sales goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, to develop trade marketing programs that align with customer needs and drive sales
• Create and manage trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives to drive product awareness, trial, and purchase.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful point-of-sale (POS) materials, trade show displays, and merchandising tools.
• Production and maintenance of brand stores
• Planning and budget control for Point of sales and BTL activities
• Search and cooperation with service providers (agencies, designers, promoters, etc.)
• Create engaging and impactful BTL marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, signage, and promotional merchandise.
• Periodical analysis and follow up of accounts summary, invoices and payments related with the marketing activities (accruals, СAPEX budget, etc.)
