Trade Marketing Go-to-Market Manager (FMCG)

Описание

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product launch and market positioning strategies, considering target audience nuances and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market research, trends, and consumer behavior to determine optimal product introduction approaches.
  • Manage the development/delivery of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, product presentations, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft effective demand generation and product promotion strategies.
  • Identify key performance indicators and analyze deployment results to continually optimize approaches.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Manage trade marketing activities, including trade promotions, merchandising, and channel-specific marketing initiatives, to support sales and distribution goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent spoken and written Russian and English (Intermediate +)
  • Proven experience in shopper marketing, CATMAN management, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Data and insights driven, capable to work with Nielsen Shopper data and transform data into clear actions
  • Masterplan ownership and overall key activities/campaigns performance tracking (after-action review)
  • Plan consolidated NPD approach including (set clear quarterly KPIs for FF)
  • Instore branding lead in Tradition trade
