Role overview
The Community & PR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping InvestBanq's positive public image across its strategic markets, including Singapore, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia (Kazakhstan). You will be responsible for external communications, reputation management, event coordination, and fostering loyalty within both the professional B2B community (banks, Family Offices) and retail investors (B2C). This role requires a unique blend of strategic communication, content creation, networking, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
Brand & Reputation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business, financial, and tech media in target regions;
Secure regular external publications (press releases, expert articles, founder columns) in Tier-1 and industry outlets to enhance brand visibility;
Ensure consistency in the company's positioning, Tone of Voice, and key brand messaging across all external communication touchpoints.
Community & Outreach
Develop and moderate professional communities (LinkedIn, Telegram, forums) for B2B clients and active retail investors;
Manage and maintain a database of key community members for personalized engagement and tailored communications;
Maintain and grow the database of partners, speakers, industry influencers, and media representatives;
Support B2B lead generation by crafting personalized and targeted email campaigns to initiate contact with potential partners and clients (top-of-funnel).
Events & Growth Support
Full coordination and logistics for InvestBanq's participation in key industry conferences, forums, and awards. Organize proprietary small-scale events and webinars;
(Support Role): Provide content, insights, and PR momentum to support broader growth strategies led by the digital marketing team.
