Lisn - мобильное приложение для изучения английского языка через аудио-уроки, основанное на научной методике Lexical Approach и современных AI-технологиях. Мы помогаем тысячам пользователей по всему миру учить английский в удобном формате: за рулем, в спортзале или по дороге на работу.

Мы ищем опытного Медиабайера / User Acquisition Manager, который построит и масштабирует каналы привлечения платящих пользователей через web2web воронку

Зоны ответственности:

1. Стратегия и планирование

  • Планирование и распределение маркетингового бюджета по каналам

  • Прогнозирование CAC, LTV, ROAS и понимание unit economics

  • Поиск новых каналов привлечения и масштабирование работающих

2. Запуск и управление кампаниями

  • Настройка и запуск рекламных кампаний в Facebook Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads

  • A/B тестирование аудиторий, креативов, ставок

  • Оптимизация кампаний для снижения CAC и повышения ROAS

  • Работа с web2app воронкой: оптимизация landing pages и конверсий

  • Настройка пикселей, event tracking, интеграция с MMP

3. Работа с креативами

  • Создание ТЗ для видео-креативов (UGC, концепт-видео, VSL)

  • Создание ТЗ для AI-креативов (Midjourney, Runway, AI voice)

  • Анализ performance креативов и итерации

  • Изучение конкурентов и трендов в креативах

4. Аналитика и отчетность

  • Ежедневный мониторинг ключевых метрик: CPI, CAC, ROAS, CVR на каждом этапе воронки

  • Когортный анализ retention и LTV

  • Подготовка еженедельных и месячных отчетов для команды

  • Работа с дашбордами (Adapty, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics)

Требования

Обязательный опыт :

  • 2+ года опыта в user acquisition для мобильных приложений iOS/Android

  • Опыт работы с подписочными приложениями (понимание метрик trial-to-paid, churn, LTV)

  • Запуск web2app кампаний

  • Опыт работы с Facebook Ads Manager и TikTok Ads Manager

  • Понимание мобильной атрибуции

  • Опыт оптимизации воронки: ad → LP → install → trial → paid

Технические навыки:

  • Глубокое знание Facebook Ads

  • Базовое знание Google UAC, Apple Search Ads

  • Понимание когортного анализа и retention метрик

  • Умение работать с Google таблицами для аналитики

  • Опыт создания ТЗ для креативов (видео и статика)

Будет большим плюсом:

  • Опыт в EdTech или Language Learning приложениях

  • Опыт работы с AI-генерацией креативов

  • Знание международных рынков (US, EU)

Условия работы

Формат:

  • Полностью удалённая работа в распределенной команде

  • Часовой пояс: синхронизация по CET (Центральная Европа)

  • Рабочая неделя 5/2 и гибкое начало дня

Оплата:

  • Форма: ИП/самозанятость (РФ) или зарубежное ИП

  • Вознаграждение: в зависимости от опыта и результатов

  • Валюта: USD/RUB (обсуждается)
