Key Responsibilities:
— Drive brand strategy in line with global guidelines and local market insights.

— Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns (digital, PR, influencer, retail).
— Own budget management, business forecasting, sales performance and profitability.
— Strengthen brand presence through close collaboration with Sales, Retail Excellence and agency partners.
— Ensure excellence in execution across all brand touchpoints and initiatives.
— Actively collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and share best practices.
The Candidate:
— Proven experience in brand management (preferably luxury beauty, premium or FMCG).
— Strong analytical, strategic and project management skills.
— Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
— Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
