Job Identification

We are looking for the GM Assistant to be a part of our GM team located in Almaty

What We Expect:

• Accept correspondence received by the manager for consideration, transfer it in accordance with the made decision to specific performers for use in the work process, or prepare answers.
• Accept documents and materials necessary for the work of the manager.
• Manage General Manager calendar, coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of meeting materials.
• Prepare documents and materials necessary for the work of the manager.
• Monitor the timely consideration and submission by structural units and specific executors of the documents transmitted to the manager for signature, ensure their high-quality editing.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate (Business Administration, Management);
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
• Advanced level of English;
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs;
• Strong communication skills and quality approach.
