Manager of the office with fluent English

Qualifications:

- FLUENT (B2-C1) in English, native/bilingual in Kazakh and Russian

- Great communication skills

- Warm, positive, friendly personality

- Passionate and result-oriented attitude

- The ability to think outside the box

Duties:

- Reception: greeting visitors, answering calls, giving tours around the school

- Sales: helping potential students choose the right package and closing the deals

- SMM in cooperation with our content creator

- Management: working together with moderators (English teachers) and the business team to reach the company's goals

P.S. We provide training at the beginning of your career and periodically through the year so you could enhance your qualifications, improve your skills and exchange knowledge to become a better sales manager.

Conditions:

- 200k tenge net/month as a starting salary (may grow over time due to professional growth of the employee as well as bonuses might be provided for outstanding achievements)

- 6 days a week

-From 15:00-21.30 6 days a week (Mon-Sat)

- Free English courses for the family (siblings, parents, spouses, children, and grandparents only)
