Job Summary:
Supermicro is looking for a highly-experienced, successful and proven Sales Manager to sell Supermicro's broad portfolio of server solutions to large enterprise customers. Sales Manager will possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal sales manager must have a strong, credible and professionals working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.
The role requires covering multiple countries: Locations - Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan. Hiring option can be placed in any of these countries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Approach existing and new customers Data centers/Cloud, Gaming, HPC, VARs, Government inst. Qualify opportunities; create target lists for vertical markets and project Develop end-user projects, new partner relationships Communicate product features and market information Driving and winning projects and monitor sales cycles Driving sales and achieving goals, develop market opportunities Consistently achieve lead and quota Produce reports as necessaryQualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, engineering or similar fields preferred Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a server sales environment preferred Passionate for sales activities, flexibility in work schedule Able to work positively under deadlines and constraints, result-oriented and attentive to detail Multi-task and time management skills are a must Consistently meeting/exceeding assigned jobs/goals in timely manner Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines and cultures; demonstrated communication skills-written, verbal presentation Experience tracking and reporting data on lead activity Must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company Must have the ability to work from a remote home office and travel within the region Native local language and strong written and verbal skills in English are a must, proficiency in 2nd language is a plus The role requires local presence in either of the countries: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan.EEO Statement
