Position Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting academic programs, professional development courses, and customized training solutions. The role focuses on attracting individual applicants as well as organizational clients, building long-term partnerships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote academic programs, executive education, and short-term courses.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrollment and program participation.
Prepare commercial proposals and pricing offers.
Identify and attract new clients (individuals and organizations).
Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships.
Ensure high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Explore new markets, industries, and sales channels.
Initiate cooperation agreements and partnership arrangements.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Manage sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
Track inquiries, applications, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts.
Represent the university at business events, education fairs, and networking platforms.
Organize presentations and promotional meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or related field.
Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Experience in education sector or service industry is preferred.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (Kazakh is an advantage).
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Result-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
