The Role: Outbound Call Sales Agent for the Russian Speaking Market

In this role, you will connect with potential clients in CIS markets (Russian Speaking, which EXCLUDES Russia), showcasing our products and services effectively.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• The Connector: Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing our offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
• The Closer: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
• The Record Keeper: Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• The Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance our sales strategies.
• The Learner: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Driven by targets with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle objections effectively.
