Sales Coordinator

Обязанности:

Process sales orders and quotes accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain CRM records (contacts, opportunities, activities) and ensure data integrity.
Coordinate communication between sales reps, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and advance deals.
Prepare and send proposals, sales documentation, pricing confirmations, and product information.
Track order status, shipments, and deliveries; follow up to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support management.
Schedule sales meetings, calls, and customer appointments; prepare agendas and follow-up notes.
Assist with lead qualification, pipeline management, and territory administration.
Support sales onboarding and training logistics (materials, systems access).
Contant clients via phone calls and arrange mailings to clients.
Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices.
Manage company social media and ensure frequent posts.
Manage and maintain company website, ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

Требования:

University degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English, Russian and Kazakh languages (oral and written).
3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations (B2B preferred).
Proficiency with CRM systems (Bitrix24) and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude.
Basic understanding of sales metrics and forecasting.
Experience with and accounts on social media, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
