This pivotal role as RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Manager will be responsible for Eurasia market, a very complex and diverse business unit consists of 10 different markets with different growth enablers and drivers.
How you will contribute
You will:
Improve overall business marginality via Driving accretive portfolio MIX. This job requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams
Identify Margin dilutive SKU and develop fixation plans
Enable to drive sales fundamentals for Margin accretive SKU
Identify strategies for product groups by country to balance velocity and marginality
Ensure working Trading terms in key markets use contract symmetry (customer size, drivers, JVC) approach.
Smart pricing and contribution into promo strategy.
Be thought leader for Eurasia organization in the RGM.

What you need to know about this position:
Fixation of Profitability is an important agenda for Choco in the world. Real disposable income in Eurasia limits to increase price accordingly to cocoa inflation. RGM is one of key instruments how to manage it.
Education / Certifications:
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Relevant certifications on Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Data Analytics etc. would be considered a significant advantage.
Job specific requirements:
5+ years experience in Sales management roles
Excellent understanding and practical application of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles.
Experience in Customer account management
