About the Position We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement brand specializing in premium health products selling across the United States. We are looking for a hungry, relationship-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and manage our network of external partners. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing website affiliates, blogs, review sites, and select content creators to drive high-quality traffic to our offers. This is not a passive role. We need a "hunter" who is comfortable doing cold outreach, negotiating deals, and building genuine relationships with partners.
What You'll Do
Recruit & Onboard: Identify and reach out to relevant blogs, health news sites, review portals, and listicles to promote our products.
Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for our affiliates, ensuring they have the creative assets, links, and support they need to succeed.
Negotiation: Structure commission offers (CPA, RevShare) that are profitable for us and attractive to partners.
Campaign Activation: Work with partners to get our brand featured in "Best of" lists, product reviews, and dedicated articles.
Monitor Quality: Keep an eye on traffic quality to ensure affiliates are following brand guidelines (no fraud or spammy tactics).
Reporting: Track affiliate performance on a weekly basis and identify which partners have the potential to scale.
Requirements
Excellent English (Written & Verbal): You will be the face of the brand to partners; your communication must be flawless, professional, and persuasive.
1-2 Years Experience (or strong desire to learn): You understand how affiliate marketing works (tracking links, cookies, CPA vs. RevShare).
Strong Outreach Skills: You are not afraid to send cold emails, follow up on DMs, or jump on a call to close a partnership.
Publisher Focus: You understand the difference between an "Influencer" (Instagram/TikTok) and a "Publisher" (SEO/Blogs/Websites)—and you know how to talk to both.
Organized: You can manage hundreds of conversations and follow-ups without letting things slip through the cracks.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using affiliate tracking software and Google Sheets/Excel.
Bonus Points
Existing relationships with health/wellness blogs or publishers.
Experience in the supplement or D2C space.
Basic copywriting skills (to help affiliates write better blurbs about us).
Knowledge of SEO basics
