Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Business valuation team in Astana. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business valuation, financial modeling, and economic analysis, along with proven leadership abilities, with a specific focus on leading audit support reviews. You will play a key role in managing client engagements, leading teams, and delivering high-quality insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business valuation and financial modeling projects for a diverse range of clients across various industries.
• Lead and manage audit support reviews, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other relevant regulations.
• Oversee the development and review of complex financial models and valuation analyses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct economic analysis to evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and potential risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic advice.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in valuation and economics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, ACCA) will be a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business valuation, financial modeling, or economic consulting, with a focus on audit support and IFRS compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software; familiarity with valuation tools is an advantage.
• English upper-intermediate.
