Overall management of the company’s financial function (accounting, budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury).
Development and control of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Preparation and analysis of management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
Financial control over costs, profitability, and efficiency.
Cash flow management and liquidity planning.
Interaction with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.
Ensure compliance with local legislation, tax and accounting standards.
Risk management and internal control system development.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
For Finance Director level: participation in business strategy, investment analysis, and long-term financial planning.
Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance (managerial level).
Experience as Finance Manager / Finance Director is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Confident user of Excel; experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Oracle – advantage).
Analytical mindset, leadership skills, attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage a team.
English – intermediate or higher (preferred).
