InDrive Money is seeking Credit Risk Manager to take charge of the underwriting policies. In this role you will own loan approval logic during origination process including credit bureaus, KYC, AML and antifraud checks across multiple countries.InDrive Money is a lending vertical aiming to fund under-banked audiences across inDrive network. Currently operating in six countries and issuing tens of thousands loans monthly and growing. We are using Platform's and alternative data for underwriting as well as transaction-based collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage credit approval strategies in the origination process
• Increase loan approval levels maintaining acceptable risk metrics
• Ensure KYC, AML, PEP and antifraud checks compliance
• Collaborate with data providers
• Optimize underwriting costs
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal, DWH, analytics and tech teams
• Create requirements for reporting
• Key metrics: сonversion from loan application to final approval, underwriting cost per loan issued, NPL

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Experience in risk analytics or portfolio management for at least 3 years
• Experience in lending for individuals or SMEs
• Experience in working with KYC providers
• Good knowledge of banking processes
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in LATAM lending operations will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Python/JavaScript will be an advantage
• Experience in usage of alternative data for scoring will be an advantage
