Job Purpose:
To support students in their career development by providing tailored career advice, enhancing employability skills, organizing career-related events, and facilitating connections with employers. Additionally, to lead international student recruitment efforts, manage academic mobility programs, and develop international partnerships in alignment with the University’s global strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Provide career guidance to students, including CVs, cover letters, interviews, and career planning
Organise employability workshops, career events, employer talks, and job fairs
Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners
Support student and staff mobility programs (study abroad, exchanges, internships)
Assist with visa guidance, academic credit transfer, and mobility administration
Develop and support international student recruitment activities and agent networks
Represent the University at international exhibitions, partner institutions, and events
Support and manage international partnerships and MOUs
Prepare reports on career services, mobility outcomes, and recruitment activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, International Relations, or a related field
Experience in career services, international education, mobility, or student recruitment
Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
Knowledge of employability trends, international education, and visa processes
Proficiency in LinkedIn and digital career development tools
Ability to work with diverse student and academic communities
Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly when required
