Deloitte Consulting Kazakhstan is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager in FP&A and Finance Transformation. The role focuses on helping clients design and improve planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, strengthen accounting and IFRS compliance, and implement enabling digital solutions (ERP, EPM, analytics platforms).

Key responsibilities:

∙ Lead FP&A and Finance Transformation projects in consulting engagements.

∙ Design target-state financial processes: budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, consolidation.

∙ Assess and optimize existing finance and accounting processes; identify automation opportunities.

∙ Translate accounting and IFRS requirements into efficient planning and reporting frameworks.

∙ Develop business requirements for ERP/EPM solutions (SAP, Anaplan, etc.).

∙ Build financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.

∙ Coordinate with IT and business teams during system design and implementation.

∙ Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality client deliverables.

Requirements:

∙ University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.

∙ 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, accounting, or finance transformation projects.

∙ Excellent knowledge of IFRS and financial statements; ability to align process design with accounting standards.

∙ Strong analytical and digital skills (Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

∙ Experience with process design and documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE).

∙ Fluent English and Russian; confident communication with executives.

∙ Proven consulting mindset: structured thinking, client-oriented approach, ability to lead workshops.

Analytical, structured, proactive communicator; able to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences; collaborative, accountable, and resilient under tight timelines.
