Описание

Обязанности:

  • Разработка и реализация стратегии управления клиентским циклом: привлечение, онбординг, развитие, удержание.

  • Достижение финансовых и KPI-показателей направления.

  • Управление воронкой привлечения и процессами в CRM.

  • Запуск и контроль кампаний (New-to-Bank, cross-sell, win-back).

  • Управление сегментацией и аналитикой клиентской базы.

  • Руководство командой CLM и кросс-функциональное взаимодействие (маркетинг, CVM, продукты, продажи, IT).

Требования:

  • Опыт в банковском секторе (МСБ/корпоративный сегмент).

  • 5+ лет в CRM / CVM / CLM.

  • Опыт управления командой.

  • Сильная аналитика и опыт работы с KPI, сегментацией и CRM.
