We’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join our E-Commerce Operations team. In this role, you’ll support U.S.-based e-commerce brands and online businesses with day-to-day marketplace operations and customer experience tasks.
As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will:
Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other marketplaces
Monitor orders, inventory levels, and account performance
Communicate with clients and customers via email, chat, and online platforms
Assist with product research, competitor analysis, and reporting
Support advertising and promotional campaigns
Ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction
Learn and use modern e-commerce tools and platforms efficiently
Once you master the basics, you can grow into one of the following professional tracks — based on your interests and strengths:
Amazon PPC Specialist
Create and optimize advertising campaigns, manage budgets, and improve ROAS performance for e-commerce brands.
Marketplace Account Manager
Manage Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, or Shopify stores, monitor KPIs, and maintain account health.
E-Commerce Data Analyst
Analyze sales and operational data, create dashboards, and provide insights to improve business performance.
Product Research Specialist
Identify trending products, analyze competitors, and support product launch strategies.
Customer Experience Manager
Improve customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and optimize communication workflows.

Full-time | On-site | Evening shift (Almaty time):
17:00 – 01:00 (March–November)
18:00 – 02:00 (November–March)
