Position: Chinese Principal Assistant

• Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of administrative management experience in international schools, private schools or the education industry; candidates with experience as a principal assistant or administrative supervisor are preferred
• Work Mode: On-site work with business trips to China or other countries.
Job Requirements:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in administrative management and education are preferred.
• Competencies: Excellent writing skills with proficiency in drafting official documents, speeches and work reports; skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Language Proficiency: Mastery of Kazakh and Russian; fluent in Chinese and English for bilingual communication, capable of handling foreign receptions and official documents.
• Personal Traits: Presentable appearance, high emotional intelligence, strong execution, strict confidentiality awareness and good stress resistance.
• Preference: Candidates with administrative management or principal assistant working experience in international or bilingual schools shall be given priority.
Job Responsibilities:
• Comprehensively assist the principal in handling daily administrative, teaching and operational affairs of the school.
• Draft, proofread and file various written documents including principal’s speeches, work reports, official school documents and external letters.
• Coordinate internal and external visits, foreign exchange activities and large-scale events; take meeting minutes and follow up on task supervision and implementation.
• Facilitate workflow connection among all departments and divisions of the school, convey management instructions and track task implementation progress.
• Assist the principal in formulating the annual development plan, optimizing management systems, and supporting enrollment and teaching auxiliary work.
• Support the Chinese principal in daily school administration and coordinate administrative and academic affairs.
• Arrange the principal’s schedule and meetings, manage visitor receptions, compile meeting minutes and supervise pending matters.
• Prepare school notices, news articles, work reports and promotional copies, and organize administrative archives.
• Assist in planning and organizing enrollment activities, campus open days and international exchange events.
• Monitor the work progress of each department, summarize daily operational issues and submit optimization suggestions to the principal.
• Complete other temporary administrative, coordination and auxiliary tasks assigned by the principal.
Qualification Requirements:
• Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of the education industry.
• Possess HSK-6 or above certificate; IELTS/TOEFL certificates are a plus.
• No criminal record, good credit status, and no record in the industry blacklist.
• Candidates with relevant certificates or training certificates in official document writing and administrative management are preferred.
