Support activities to Environment, Health and Safety (HSE) team and technical guidance to operations following BH policies and procedures during installation and service of BH equipment for BH personnel and subcontractors at customer site globally as well as office activities:

As a HSE specialist, you will be responsible for:
Supporting Regional HSE leaderDeveloping and implementing HSE programs at Customer site.Supporting BH site manager and site team to ensure compliance with any HSE laws and regulations applicable at Customer site.Investigating and completing RCA in case of injury/accident/Near Miss at Customer site with a final report to be provided to HSE team and BH site manager;Supporting activities in case of external HSE audits on site;all HSE documents recordkeeping on site which shall be available for any audits/inspections internal and external;Providing guidance to BH team in obtaining Permit to Work and LOTO appliance;Providing site induction to BH and BH contractors employees for the site;Providing periodical Tool-box Talk and HSE Standdowns to BH team and participate to HSE meetings organized by customer;Providing daily/weekly report as required by BH HSE team, including site HSE statistics and compliance status;Ensuring Concern Reports are uploaded at site and provide weekly reports in Batch upload format to HSE Team;Providing a final report of the activities carried out and lesson learned.Looking for area for improvements and strengthening HSE culture among the teams

To be successful in this role you will:
Have more than 7 years’ experience on HSE site operational environmentDegree/Diploma qualified in science or engineering discipline (or equivalent)Have industry and hands-on knowledge of oil and gas industryHave solid knowledge of local HSE regulations in Kazakhstan and CISHave fluent Kazakh/Russian and upper-intermediate level of EnglishHave locally or internationally recognized professional HSE qualification up to date with training requirements is preferable Be located in AstanaBe able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skillsHave excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people at different levels within the organizationPossess excellent oral and written communication skills
