Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on HSE experience on active construction or industrial sites
Proven experience supervising:
crane and lifting operations
working at heights
confined space entry
Good knowledge of RoK HSE regulations and international best practices
Kazakh /Russian : Fluent (for workforce communication)
English: Intermediate (for procedures and reporting)
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends when required
Key Responsibilities:
Follow the 80/20 rule, spending at least 80% of the shift in active work areas
Physically verify that all permit-to-work conditions are met prior to task commencement
Lead and audit daily pre-shift safety briefings
Authority to immediately stop any activity that poses an imminent risk to life or health
Conduct daily site walkabouts:
inspect machinery and PPE
closely monitor third-party contractor compliance with HSE requirements
Act as the primary HSE point of contact during site emergencies
