Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HSE experience on active construction or industrial sites

• Proven experience supervising:

  • crane and lifting operations

  • working at heights

  • confined space entry

• Good knowledge of RoK HSE regulations and international best practices

• Kazakh /Russian : Fluent (for workforce communication)

• English: Intermediate (for procedures and reporting)

• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the 80/20 rule, spending at least 80% of the shift in active work areas

• Physically verify that all permit-to-work conditions are met prior to task commencement

• Lead and audit daily pre-shift safety briefings

• Authority to immediately stop any activity that poses an imminent risk to life or health

• Conduct daily site walkabouts:

  • inspect machinery and PPE

  • closely monitor third-party contractor compliance with HSE requirements

• Act as the primary HSE point of contact during site emergencies
