o Tertiary Education in engineering and / or HSE qualification
o 4-year minimum experience in the relevant field as HSE Specialist / HSE Engineer
o Holds basic training and internal auditor certifications for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
o Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), environmental aspect, industrial hazardous waste management, emergency response planning, risk assessment methodologies, permit-to-work, confined space, hot work, lifting & rigging, SIMOPS, DROPS and hazardous energy control (lock-out / tag-out).
o Proven track record of developing and implementing HSE management plans, conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and waste management systems.
o Strong personality and leadership skills.
o Fluent English lingual skills.
