Customer Support Specialist (Чат-поддержка) — International Startup

Мы — международный IT-стартап, создавший уникальный поисковик для рынка недвижимости Дубая. Наш сервис анализирует рынок 24/7, выявляет лучшие предложения и помогает брокерам закрывать сделки быстрее. Наши клиенты — топовые агентства и инвесторы в ОАЭ.

• Гибкость: Полностью удаленная работа, график 2/2 с 9:00 до 21:00 (по Дубаю).

Твои задачи

• Работа в чатах (WhatsApp, Intercom): Оперативные ответы клиентам.

• Решение проблем: Объяснить пользователю, почему "не работает", помочь найти кнопку, выгрузить отчет.

• Администрирование: Ручное добавление новых районов, пользователей настройка доступов пользователям, актуализация базы по запросу.

Кого мы ищем

• Английский язык — строго B2/C1 и выше. Ты должен грамотно писать на английском.

• Опыт: Опыт работы в SaaS (IT-продуктах) или в недвижимости будет огромным плюсом.

• Навыки: Умение работать в WhatsApp Business и Intercom (желательно)

• Личные качества: Скорость реакции (брокеры не любят ждать), стрессоустойчивость, внимательность к деталям.

Сколько можно заработать?

Твой доход напрямую зависит от качества твоего сервиса.

• Фикс: $300 (Гарантированная база).

• KPI: $200 (За скорость ответов, решение тикетов и отсутствие жалоб).

• Бонусы: Доплата за смены в выходные дни.

ВАЖНО:

1 Работа строго по времени Дубая

2 Английский язык будет проверяться на собеседовании (письменно и устно).
