Marketing & Sales Specialist (Tourism)

Описание

Наш клиент- компания оказывающая услуги для бизнеса и развивающая международный туристический проект в партнерстве с зарубежными рынками.
Проект направлен на развитие двустороннего туризма между Казахстаном, Кыргызстаном и Саудовской Аравией: inbound и outbound направления, работа с локальными и международными партнёрами, формирование туристических продуктов и их продвижение на рынках Центральной Азии.

Сейчас мы ищем Marketing & Sales Specialist, который станет локальным представителем проекта в Казахстане и будет участвовать в развитии продаж и маркетинга на двух рынках Казахстана и Кыргызстана.

Основные обязанности:

  • Развитие и поддержка партнёрских отношений с туристическими агентствами, туроператорами, DMC, авиакомпаниями и отелями

  • Продвижение и продажа туристических продуктов:

    • поездки в Саудовскую Аравию

    • поездки в Казахстан и Кыргызстан

  • Участие в развитии продаж и расширении партнёрской сети на локальных рынках

  • Реализация локальных маркетинговых активностей (онлайн и офлайн)

  • Поддержка digital‑маркетинга: социальные сети, тревел‑платформы, рекламные размещения

  • Участие в создании маркетингового и контентного материала

  • Возможность участия в блогерских и контентных кампаниях проекта

Работа с партнёрами и клиентами

  • Локальная точка контакта для партнёров и клиентов

  • Поддержка клиентов на этапах до и после продажи

  • Помощь в формировании маршрутов и координации туристических услуг

  • Взаимодействие с международной командой проекта

Требования:

  • 3 года опыта в продажах, туризме, клиентском сервисе

  • Опыт работы с inbound / outbound туризмом или международными рынками — преимущество

  • Высшее образование в сфере туризма, гостиничного бизнеса, маркетинга или смежных направлений желательно

Навыки и личные качества:

  • Развитые коммуникативные и переговорные навыки

  • Понимание базовых принципов продаж и маркетинга

  • Самостоятельность, ответственность, умение работать с несколькими задачами

  • Гибкость и комфорт в работе с международной командой

  • Профессиональный и презентабельный стиль общения

  • Русский и английский- обязательно

  • Казахский и кыргызский - преимущество

Условия:

  • Заработная плата в USD

  • Полная занятость

  • Формат сотрудничества: консультационный договор

  • Испытательный срок: 180 дней

  • Обучение в Саудовской Аравии (15 дней – 1 месяц)

  • Международные перелёты и жилье оплачиваются компанией согласно корпоративной политике
