Responsibilities:
- Execution of sales strategy, leading a team to achieve targets by setting tangible goal in compliance with the Company Strategy
- Establishing a structured strategy among the team, managing HE and HA Products and P&L, Online channel strategy, planning, forecasting and deep product analysis.
- Drive sales performance and be accountable for revenue targets and key KPIs of subordinates
- Build strong relationships with leadership within each assigned account, maintaining strong communication across all organizational level.
- Coordinate and oversee other organizational functional areas' interaction with customer (i.e. Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical, Last Mile, Call Center)
- Stock & price and promotion management in ERP systems.
- Work in tandem with Digital and Product Marketing to optimize channel ad spends, content, overall Customer Experience, resulting in marketing share growth.
- Tracking and analyze E-commerce KPI
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading D2C sales team in a fast-growing scale-up
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business administration, E-commerce or a related field.
- Work Experience in sales Consumer Electronics Industry at least 3-5 years (offline or online), focusing on e-commerce
- Strong understanding of digital shelf fundamentals, e-commerce KPI.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
