• University degree;
• Over 8 years of related experience;
• Advanced or Proficient level of English
• Advanced level of MC Excel
• Knowledge of Law of RoK “On State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Certain Types of Oil Products”
• Knowledge of IC Neftebaza
• Knowledge of oil and oil products storage and transportation standards, the procedure of concluding contracts, the procedure for preparing claims and their processing; B2B principles; Oil pricing and etc
• Basic knowledge of production technology; industrial safety, environmental protection
• User of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);

Job Duties:

• Managing Oil Sales Team
• Providing efficient Company’s oil and oil products’ sales activity in accordance with the planned targets, shipment of oil and oil products to consumers on time and in the established volumes in accordance with the contracts
• Compiling contracts for the transportation and marketing of the Company's products for export and the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as for other services of contractors related to the marketing and transportation of the Company's oil and oil products
• Controlling and providing the timely receipt of funds for the sold oil and oil products in accordance with the approved contractual terms
• Regulating relations with suppliers and consumers, conducting correspondence, negotiations, reception of representatives on sales, transportation of oil and oil products and settlements with them, within competence
• Controlling and maintaining the balance of oil and oil products, mutual reconciliation with the performers of the services provided along the entire route of oil and oil products movement
• Improving and optimizing the distribution network and forms of delivery of the Company's products to consumers/customers, within competence
• Recording and controlling over the implementation of plans for the supply of oil and oil products in accordance with the concluded agreements
• Preparing applications for materials necessary for the implementation of the functions of oil and oil products sales and transportation
• Eliminating unreasonable expenses for the sale and transportation of oil and oil products, within its competence
• Organizing and controlling the certification of the Company's products
• Preparing and executing a package of necessary documents for customs authorities, for declaring goods
• Participating in determining the need for vehicles for transporting the Company's oil and oil products
• Participating in coordinating the volumes of production and sales of oil and oil products with the structural divisions of the Company, within competence
• Participating in the formation of the Company's budget, within competence
• Preparing materials for filing claims and lawsuits against consumers of products and service providers in case of violation of contractual obligations, followed by monitoring the implementation and elimination of identified violations
• Controlling the timely delivery of all approved forms of reports on the work performed

Working conditions:

∙ Office work only, working hours from 8.00 till 17.00
