Who we are hiring
* Role: Sales and Marketing Lead Manager
* Location: Almaty
* Schedule: Full-time, 5/2 (on-site)

What we’re looking for
* Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administratiщт
* Experience: 2–4 years in marketing or sales field
* Languages: Strong English, Russian and Kazakh (Upper-Intermediate+)

Key skills

•⁠ ⁠Develop, implement, monitor, and report on the company’s short, medium, and long-term marketing and sales plans.

•⁠ ⁠Plan project timelines, manage budgets, executions, delivery on time.

•⁠ ⁠Lead and direct the Sales and Customer Service teams; organize day-to-day operations; oversee outlets; and report on performance.

•⁠ ⁠Design, execute, and report on marketing, promotions, and market research targeted at defined customer segments.

•⁠ ⁠Produce and deliver planned content, advertising, and promotional activities across channels.

•⁠ ⁠Develop, manage, and grow social media and other online channels.

•⁠ ⁠Organize events and partnerships online and offline.

•⁠ ⁠Perform other duties and responsibilities as specified in the job description.
