Job Identification
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Kazakhstan.
What We Expect
- lead the process of development and implementation of the following procedures in production: ISO:9001, ISO:14001 and ISO:22000
- conduct registration of new ingredients according to valid legislation;
- monitor suppliers of raw materials and materials, inspection of supply enterprises;
- monitor the activities of product retailers, in addition to that inspection of product storage conditions at the retailers’ warehouses;
- arrange chemical analysis, physical, chemical and mechanical trials, additionally other researches to ensure laboratory control of correspondence of quality of raw materials, materials with valid standards and technical conditions;
- participate in trials of raw materials and materials, in addition to that approval of technical documentation for raw materials and materials in order to ensure conditions for effective control of its quality;
- participate in preparation to certification of the product;
- prepare proposals on improving quality assurance works, additionally enhancing normative documentation, that regulates demands to quality of raw materials and materials;
- organize monitoring of the work and conditions of measuring and control equipment, submit it to periodical governmental check on a timely basis;
- organize internal audit in accordance with quality management requirements;
Qualifications:
- University Graduate (Degree in Chemistry or Technology)
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Intermediate level English
- Skills in normative and methodical documentation on technical preparation of industry;
- Skills in laboratory equipment, work principles and rules of usage;
- Knowledge of methods of quality assurance and conducting research works;
