As we scale, we are building a data-driven marketing engine focused on high-quality lead generation, cost efficiency, and measurable ROI.
We are looking for an Internal Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our marketing performance, oversee external partners, and continuously improve our acquisition strategy.
This is not a social media marketing role.
This is a performance-driven position focused on:
Paid acquisition (Google Ads, PPC)
Lead generation quality
Cost efficiency (CPA, CPL)
SEO performance and organic growth
Oversight of external marketing agencies
Your mission is simple:
Generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible acquisition cost while scaling revenue.
(same as before — keep your structured sections: Paid Ads, Lead Gen, SEO, Agency, Analytics)
Base Pay: $7/hour (40 hours/week)
Performance Bonus: KPI-based monthly bonus tied to:
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
Lead Quality (qualified leads / booked jobs)
Campaign ROI / efficiency improvements
