Описание

Задачи:

Sales & Dealer Network Management
— Разработка и реализация стратегии продаж через дилерскую сеть
— Управление партнёрами: переговоры, договоры, контроль KPI
— Формирование pricing-стратегии, условий поставок и кредитной политики
— Анализ рынка и конкурентов, рост доли рынка
— Контроль остатков и прогнозирование спроса
— Взаимодействие с сервисной и технической функцией

Marketing & Promotion
— Разработка и реализация маркетинговой стратегии
— Запуск рекламных кампаний, промо-активностей, участие в выставках
— Управление digital-направлением (сайт, соцсети, PR, email)
— Подготовка маркетинговых материалов и поддержка дилеров
— Использование digital-инструментов (SEO, paid ads, аналитика)

Team Leadership & Cross-functional
— Управление командой sales & marketing
— Постановка целей, контроль исполнения, развитие команды
— Взаимодействие с финансами, логистикой и техническими подразделениями
— Подготовка отчётности для топ-менеджмента

Требования:
— Опыт управления продажами через дилерскую сеть
— Сильная коммерческая экспертиза (sales + marketing)
— Навыки переговоров и развития партнёрств
— Опыт в индустриях: industrial / automotive / equipment / FMCG (будет плюсом)
— Понимание pricing, P&L, forecasting
— Опыт управления командой
