🔹 Key Responsibilities
Ensure safe and timely loading/unloading of crude oil and products
Coordinate marine operations at Aktau/Kuryk ports
Monitor compliance with safety standards and international regulations (MARPOL, SOLAS, SIRE)
Participate in vessel inspections and clearance processes
Identify and manage risks, provide safety advisory support
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

🔹 Key Requirements
Higher education in Marine/Maritime field
Valid maritime license (IMO STCW)
Minimum 3 years of experience in marine operations
Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (Upper-Intermediate+)
Strong MS Office skills
Good planning, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
