Job Identification
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Aktobe.
What We Expect
- arrange the on-time preparation for production, ensure full loading and uninterrupted operation of the CO2 production and charging equipment, gas and diesel generators, boilers and coolers;
- take part in development of monthly production programs and shift-day tasks for the adjusted worksites;
- ensure the on-time filling of all needed technical documents, as well as provision with spare parts, materials and tools, etc.;
- arrange the planned preventive repair of the shop equipment;
- ensure operative control over provision with material and energy resources, technically proper exploitation of equipment and other assets, saving use of raw materials, fuels, materials; reveal, prevent and eliminate the reasons of production failures;
- search for and arrange the use of additional production reserves of to increase the efficiency and decrease the product’s labor and prime costs;
- analyze shift performances and the reasons causing equipment stoppages and product quality decrease, take part in development and implementation of measures aimed at eliminating the revealed shortcomings;
- make sure the employees observe the technological, production and working discipline, labor protection rules and norms, HSE rules:
- ensure the quality and compliance of the performance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, CCAB environmental policies and procedures. know and fulfill the relevant instructions and other Company enactments pertaining to environmental management and meet the requirements and norms of the RK legislation touching with the Company business. Inform every employee about importance and necessary of knowing and fulfilling the environmental requirements, as well as the consequences of their non-observance;
Qualifications:
- University Graduate (Engineering degree)
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
- Intermediate level English
- Skills in HSE, occupational sanitation and fire safety rules and norms;
- Knowledge of the technological processes of CO2 production;
- Knowledge of the CO2-producing equipment of the plant, generators and coolers.
