What You Can Expect from The Role:

• Coordinate microbiological analyses with a view to ensure laboratory control and quality compliance of raw materials and materials and ready-to-drink products with the current standards and technical requirements;
• Improve food safety systems (HACCP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) in accordance with current international standards, sanitary norms and regulations;
• Сoordinate pest control at the plant;
• Develop technological instructions and formulations, procedures for monitoring and controlling the production of a new product, organize the launch of new products, develop standard operating procedures;
• Coordinate in-time receipt of analysis and test results, register them, make technical documentation on works fulfilled by the laboratory;
• Develop and apply in the production new laboratory control methods and improve the existing methods as well;
• Timely inform the relevant divisions of the company about analysis and test results;
• Ensure proper state of settings, devices, tools and other laboratory equipment;
• Manage the laboratory microbiologists

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably, Microbiological/Chemical)
• Knowledge of local food safety legislation, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant position
• Knowledge of main technological processes of production
• At least Upper-Intermediate English
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills
