As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for making sure we win with consumers' preferences in each of the following key touchpoints: when they learn about our product, when they choose to buy the product and when they use the product at home.
Responsibilities
Category/brand portfolio management in Kazakhstan
Development and implementation of winning marketing plans based on superior consumer insights
Brand performance analysis and recommendations on investment choices and competitive response plans across brands and categories
Creation of brand penetration plans (DTC, PR, Influencers) and amplification of local topspins around global innovations
Partnership with key stakeholders on initiatives’ deployment and execution
Collaboration with P&G headquarters on strategy planning, initiative master plan alignment, and execution
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary starting from 900,000 KZT gross monthly

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Almaty (or you should be ready to move to Almaty with the company's support)
Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
1-3 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing with consumer and competitor landscape understanding in Kazakhstan would be considered an advantage
Strong analytical skills and ability to gain insights from data
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
