Key Responsibilities
The Commercialization Project Manager leads key BCCA Innovation projects and (major) product change projects. The Commercialization Project Manager is also responsible for product related changes (including Product Renovation and Productivity Initiatives, Pack Price & Promotional Activities and Account Exclusive programs).The Commercialization Project Manager leads multidisciplinary project teams through the Stage Gate process with a focus on Fewer Bigger Better and following Speed to Market guidelines. Furthermore, the Commercialization Project Manager ensures flawless execution to launch in market on time and according to the set timeline and budget – following the BU ICP and AOP calendars.The Commercialization Project Manager leads the Ready Steady Go process including necessary course correction and finally holds an annual review of all (major) project results to feed into a continuous improvement cycle.The Commercialization Project Manager is responsible for driving of launches of innovations & execution of change projects across the category along with pipeline management and evaluation of gaps, risks, trade-offs.The Commercialization Project Manager engages with the broader Global and European Commercialization team, the European Sector Commercialization team and other BU Commercialization teams to enable best practice sharing.The Commercialization Project Manager drives portfolio decisions & management of the stage gate process.To bring updates and ensure decision making at the right forums ( monthly BCCA Activation Boards, MU Commercial Boards)Требования:Key skills:
Experience to lead and drive projects and deliver operational excellence.Ability to lead various partners in a matrix organization and a strong affinity with people management.Good basic knowledge of all related cross functional areas in product change projects: finance, operations, R&D, marketing and salesCommunication skills and business maturity to act with afore mentioned groups which can reach to senior levels on daily contact and periodic meetings.Experience in acting result oriented and drive decisionsGood English communication skills (writing and speaking) is a must.
