Описание

Обязанности:
Ведение и масштабирование рекламных кампаний в Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google и Яндекс
Анализ ниши, целевой аудитории и конкурентов
Создание и запуск рекламных кабинетов с нуля
Настройка и оптимизация рекламных кампаний (performance-подход)
Подбор и кластеризация ключевых запросов
Настройка целей, событий и базовой аналитики
Контроль и удержание ключевых показателей: CPL , CAC
Удержание стабильности по среднему количеству лидов в день
Разработка и реализация стратегии роста количества лидов
Подготовка и защита бюджета на рекламные кампании
Подготовка технических заданий для съёмок видеокреативов для таргетированной рекламы (формат «говорящая голова» для таргетированной рекламы)
Подготовка регулярных отчётов по результатам работы (лиды, стоимость, эффективность)
Ежемесячный технический аудит сайта (поиск и исправление ошибок)
Мониторинг скорости загрузки и доступности сайта (PageSpeed)
Настройка и корректировка файлов
Сбор и расширение семантического ядра (ключевых слов)
Написание и размещение уникальных SEO-текстов (4–8 статей/месяц)
Перелинковка страниц для улучшения структуры
Разработка стратегии наращивания ссылочной массы
Закупка вечных ссылок и гостевых статей (Outreach/Miralinks)
Управление бюджетом на ссылки (подбор доноров, проверка качества, контроль размещения)
Настройка целей в Яндекс.Метрика / Google Analytics
Ежемесячный съем позиций по ключевым словам
Сравнительный отчет по трафику и конверсиям
Анализ конкурентов в выдаче

Требования:
Опыт работы с performance-рекламой от 3 лет
Практический опыт ведения рекламных кампаний в Meta, Google и Яндекс
Понимание воронки продаж и unit-экономики (CPL, CAC)
Умение работать с аналитикой и принимать решения на основе данных
Навык самостоятельного запуска и масштабирования рекламных кампаний
Опыт работы с видеоформатами и постановкой ТЗ для продакшена
Ответственность за результат и системный подход

Будет плюсом:

Опыт в нишах с большим объёмом лидогенерации
Опыт управления подрядчиками
Опыт масштабирования рекламных бюджетов
