IKIDZ - это современная цифровая платформа, которая помогает родителям быстро и удобно записывать детей на спортивные, творческие и развивающие занятия в одном приложении.

Мы ищем Head of Sales — сильного руководителя, который будет отвечать за стратегию продаж, управление командой и достижение бизнес-результатов. В этой роли ты будешь выстраивать и усиливать процессы, работать с метриками, развивать команду и напрямую влиять на рост выручки компании.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Руководить продажами, контролировать и организовывать работу команды
  • Планировать цели и задачи, обеспечивать выполнение KPI
  • Мотивировать команду на достижение целей
  • Анализировать продажи и разрабатывать предложения по их улучшению
  • Фиксировать и контролировать ключевые показатели
  • Проводить 1to1 с менеджерами

Что важно:

  • Опыт работы руководителем в продажах от 3 лет
  • Нацеленность на результат
  • Умение выстраивать эффективную работу с менеджерами
  • Умение работать в CRM и Google-таблицах
  • Высокие коммуникативные навыки, умение слышать
  • Понимание юнит-экономики, маркетинговых метрик, LTV и payback
  • Высокий уровень менеджмента
  • Понимать разделение retention и B2C

  • Медицинскую страховку после успешного прохождения испытательного срока
  • Работу в IT-компании с глобальными амбициями и драйвовой, вовлечённой командой
