• Experience in office service and leadership team support
• Experience in managing/supervising 3rd party service providers
• Experience in arranging travel & mice
• Great communication skills
• Fluent Russian and English

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Manage all administrative operations of the Almaty office, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functionality
• Oversee office facilities and office services, including workspace readiness and overall office environment
• Manage and supervise outsourced service providers (e.g. cleaning, reception, corporate driver), ensuring service quality and operational continuity
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with internal governance and approval processes
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Management Team, including coordination of meetings, travel and visa arrangements, and expense reporting ensuring compliance with Mars policies and governance requirements
• Collaborate closely with Finance, P&O, IT, Commercial and other internal stakeholders to ensure aligned office operations
• Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and office efficiency
