Marketing & Sales Specialist

Описание

Компания, оказывающая комплексные услуги для бизнеса, запускает новый международный косметический бренд и развивает продажи на рынках Казахстана и Кыргызстана. Проект находится на стадии активного выхода на рынок и масштабирования.

Обязанности:

  • Поддержка и развитие продаж косметического бренда в Казахстане и Кыргызстане

  • Взаимодействие с дистрибьюторами, партнёрами и подрядчиками

  • Участие в переговорах и коммерческих активностях

  • Участие в запуске бренда на новых рынках

  • Анализ рынка, конкурентов, каналов дистрибуции

  • Участие в маркетинговых и промо‑активностях (онлайн / офлайн)

  • Взаимодействие с международной командой

  • Подготовка отчетности по продажам и активности

Требования:

  • Опыт работы от 1 до 3 лет в продажах, маркетинге, FMCG или beauty‑индустрии

  • Понимание базовых принципов продаж и продвижения продукта

  • Хорошие коммуникативные и переговорные навыки

  • Самостоятельность, ответственность, умение работать с несколькими задачами

  • Готовность к командировкам

  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь

Языки:

  • Русский и английский — обязательно

  • Казахский и кыргызский — будут преимуществом

Условия:

  • Полная занятость

  • Формат сотрудничества: консультационный договор

  • Испытательный срок: 6 месяцев

  • Локация: Казахстан (предпочтительно Алматы)

  • Зона ответственности: Казахстан и Кыргызстан

  • Командировки: Кыргызстан, Саудовская Аравия

  • Обучение в Саудовской Аравии (15 дней – 1 месяц)

  • Перелёты и.т.д. оплачивается компанией согласно корпоративной политике
