Customer service spacialist:
- Accepts and processes customer orders;
- Provides necessary informational support to clients regarding:
· the procedure for making payments;
· the process of preparing documentation;
· the issuance, loading, and delivery of goods;
· the availability and amount of outstanding debt.
- Carries out timely documentation of the order in strict accordance with the company's established rules, procedures, and pricing policy;
- Controls the payment for the completed order and ensures the correctness of the client's payment;
- Organizes product reservation based on customer requests, and if necessary, arranges the order's assembly and prepares a request for the delivery of the required quantity and assortment of products from the company's central warehouse;
- Coordinates work with the warehouse;
- Enters into the database information about new clients, the release of goods to clients, or transfers to other regional divisions of the company.
Qualifications
- Higher professional education
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
